1. Power of Attorney

After the consignor and the freight forwarding company confirm the transportation price and service
conditions, the freight forwarding company will give the consignor a blank "consignment letter of
consignment", and the consignor will truthfully fill in the consignment letter and fax or return it to
the freight forwarder. The consignment book should include the following columns: shipper, consignee,
 airport of origin, airport of destination, required route/reservation application, declared value for transportation,
 declared value for customs, insurance amount, handling Matters, documents attached to the waybill,
actual gross weight, freight rate category, billable weight, rate, name and quantity of goods, signature
of the shipper, date, etc. Shipping needs to be provided by the shipper: box type, box volume, destination

2. Commodity inspection

The freight forwarding company will check whether the content of the power of attorney is complete
(if it is incomplete or non-standard, it should be supplemented), understand whether the goods are
subject to commodity inspection, and assist in handling the goods that need to be subject to commodity
inspection.

3. Booking

According to the consignor's "Power of Attorney", the freight forwarding company obtains and fills in
the booking form from the airline's tonnage control department, and provides the corresponding information;
 the name, volume, weight, number of pieces, and destination of the goods; the time required for shipment,
 etc. For shipping, the freight company needs to provide the cargo situation to the shipping company and
 the shipping company to determine the price and book the space with the shipping company. After receiving
the booking, the shipping company will inform you of the name of the ship, the schedule and the bill of
lading number. The airline will arrange the class and flight according to the actual situation. When booking

After booking the space, the airline will issue the space confirmation (manifest), and at the same time

B: The freight forwarder picks up the goods: The consignor needs to provide the freight forwarder
with relevant information such as the specific delivery address, contact person, telephone number,
