2. The customer needs to entrust our company to pick up the package in the sending country, and must
 fill in the power of attorney in detail and correctly. After the power of attorney is stamped with the company
 seal, fax or E-mail it to our salesman, and the power of attorney is attached;

3. When the customer gives us a power of attorney, a waybill number will be automatically generated,
and this number will be used as the inquiry number for this shipment. The shipment number can be
tracked and inquired on our website;

4. After the express arrives in Hong Kong, our company will review the weight, the ratio of actual weight
 and volume, whichever is larger is the billable weight, and the volume calculation method: length*width
*height/5000CM;

5. When entrusting our company to pick up and transport non-document shipments, please inform the
sender that a commercial invoice must be provided, otherwise it will affect the transit time of the shipment,
 and our company does not provide services for declaration;

6. Our company accepts entrusted pickup time: Monday to Friday, deadline: 16:30PM; our company will
notify you to arrange pickup on the same day, and it will take approximately 2-3 days to arrive at Hong
Kong;

7. Entrust our company to pick up and accept payment from the entrusting party, and temporarily do
not accept payment from the sender.
